What we collect when you get in touch.
Last updated October 2026. Read with our privacy policy.
When you book a discovery call or send us a message, Buyers Boutique collects the contact details you provide, what you tell us about your goals, and information about how you found us (such as the campaign or page you came from).
We collect it to arrange and hold the call, to reply to your message, and to keep a record of what we discussed. If you do not give us this information we may not be able to arrange a call or reply.
Your booking is handled by our customer relationship and booking platform, GoHighLevel, and the call is held on Google Meet. Both providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. The call may be transcribed by an AI notetaker so we can keep an accurate record. We tell you before the call starts, you can ask us not to record, and you can ask us to delete a transcript afterwards.
We do not add you to any mailing list unless you opt in. Marketing consent is always a separate, optional choice.
Newsletter signup
When you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address, your first name if you provide it, and a record of your newsletter consent and submission. We use these details to send the Buyers Boutique newsletter and manage your subscription through GoHighLevel, which may store and process information outside Australia, including in the United States. An email address and explicit newsletter consent are required to subscribe; your first name is optional.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Subscribing does not book a call or engage our buying service.
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jacquelyn@buyersboutique.com.au. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and how to make a complaint.
